Cancellation policy and booking conditions
Booking a workshop
To book a workshop, the cost of the course must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made in person at our facilities at C/ Roc Boronat 35, or by credit card on our website.
Once the course has been paid in full and the data verified, your booking will then be confirmed by email. If we are unable to verify this data, we cannot guarantee you a place in our workshops.
Cancelling a workshop
If you are unable to attend the course on the day and at the time scheduled, you must notify us within 72 hours of the start of the course to allow us to find another person to fill your place. ROC35 will propose another workshop or date for you so that you can fulfil your booking.
If you fail to notify us within this period, we will not be able to make any changes to your booking. In no circumstances will the cost of the course be refunded. However, you may transfer the course so that another person may attend.
A minimum number of 8 participants is required to run a workshop, and ROC35 reserves the right to cancel a course if this number has not been reached. In this case, participants will be offered the possibility of choosing another activity of the same value or they can choose to have their payment refunded.
Booking a course or activity with Balikwas S.L. implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions and guarantees described herein.
Rental Terms and Conditions and Space Rental Policy
The price quoted includes space rental for the agreed period plus two additional visits for setup.
To book the space, a deposit of 50% of the total amount quoted (including VAT) is required, together with a signed copy of the Rental Contract. These should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to confirm the booking.
The deposit and the remaining rental amount must be paid within 3 days before the stipulated rental date, following the same procedure.
The hours contracted will be stipulated in the Rental Contract. The rental period ends when all personnel and material installed by the customer, or any third party contracted by them, have vacated the space. If extra hours are required, an additional charge will be made for each extra hour (see price).
The hours allocated for assembly, disassembly and running the event are from 8am to 12pm midnight. Any hours contracted between 10pm and 9am will be considered night time hours (see price).
The quote will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue, if the space is still available for the date/s requested. These prices do not include VAT of 21%.
Payment Terms and Conditions for spaces
Payment can be made via bank transfer, by credit card or in cash.

100% payment must be made before starting the session or event. If payment has not been made, ROC35 may restrict access to the space without prior notification.
Space Cancellation Policy
If the customer cancels the booking, their deposit will be returned according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation made 2 months in advance: loss of 20% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation made 1 month in advance: loss of 50% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation made 15 days in advance: loss of 80% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days in advance: loss of 100% of the booking deposit.
