Fresh pasta workshop
A workshop to learn how to prepare fresh pasta in all its varieties and formats following the best Italian tradition, under the guidance of our Neapolitan chef Natales Russo.
We’ll prepare the pasta from scratch and stretch it out using the correct technique, by hand and using a machine. We’ll then enjoy the pasta with the different sauces that we make during the workshop.
The workshop will address the elaboration of traditional sauces for pasta and its secrets.
- Carbonara sauce
- Pesto sauce
- Vongole sauce
- Squid sauce
The dishes will change according to the seasonality of the ingredients.
¿Cómo funciona el taller?
ROC35’s workshops are dynamic and participative – in this one, all participants will prepare the pasta itself and the sauces to go with them. ROC35 uses only local, organic products, as our aim is to promote a quality, sustainable and healthy diet. At the end of the workshop, participants will enjoy a dinner in a unique space, in an informal and relaxed setting, where they can share the dishes cooked.
The cost includes: the class, the necessary material, a recipe book and the products for preparing and sampling the dishes.
