Pizza and focaccia workshop
Under the guidance of neapolitan chefs, ROC35 proposes a course in which you’ll familiarise yourself with the different flours, doughs and yeasts and learn how to make a delicious pizza in your home oven.
Discover the secrets to making excellent pizza and focaccia dough, following the best Italian tradition. You’ll also learn about the different fermentation techniques and a variety of ingredients to create new recipes and flavour combinations.
- Focaccia with chickpeas and mortadella
- Focaccia pugliese, a typical dish from Southern Italy, made with potato dough.
- Pizza with artichokes, pancetta and parmesan
- Pizza with red pesto, almonds and smoked provola cheese
The dishes will change according to the seasonality of the ingredients.
