Japanese gastronomy: tempura workshop
The Japanese chef Toshiko Taura proposes to discover the Tempura, the Japanese fritters of very soft texture and incomparable flavor.
Japanese culture gives special attention to a gastronomy that is world-renowned for being tasty, surprising, elaborate and healthy. A proposal, during which you’ll learn to cook typical Japanese dishes, adapting their preparation to the household setting in a way that is simple and more economical.
Culinary tradition is extensive but in this second approach we will focus on preparing the tempura successfully.
